General Cleaning Services

That’s different for everyone. It depends how well it’s maintained, your personal preference, whether you have pets, your budget, and a variety of other factors. We have clients who want consistent home cleaning services and are scheduled every week, while others prefer a deep clean once or twice a year. It’s all a matter of personal choice.

A standard cleaning typically takes approximately two hours and includes common home cleaning services like mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and general tidying. 

A deep clean is more involved and may include more specialised cleaning services. Examples may be scrubbing the inside of your oven, bleaching grout lines, sanitising your fridge, removing stubborn built-up soap scum, and treating stained carpets.

Not at all. We’re professional cleaners and this is our job. Having said that, if you have sensitivities to certain products or simply want us to use your favourite supplies, we can do that too.

We strive to provide consistently excellent results across the board, whether you’re a one-off domestic cleaning appointment or a long-standing commercial cleaning client. But we can’t fix anything if we’re not aware there’s an issue. So, if you’re ever unhappy with the service you receive, please let us know as soon as possible and give us the opportunity to sort it!

Of course! Scheduling time for a cleaning gives you an opportunity to plan your day, especially if you prefer to leave the house while we clean. If you don’t have a preference, our team may offer a service window.

We love pets! But for everyone’s safety, animals and humans alike, we ask that pets be contained while the We Sort It team is at your property until your chosen house cleaning services are complete.
